The final details meeting has come and gone and it’s Wedding Day! The two of you get to celebrate all day long while your dream vendor team works hard to make your wedding dreams come true. frequently asked questions
No. You don't need to be a member or know a member to host your event at the Club. The entry level is used almost exclusively for private events, while the golf course and downstairs areas are reserved for members.
Yes! Because the Club sits behind guarded gates, tours are by appointment only and are scheduled after an initial estimate has been prepared.
We book only one wedding per day, so if bad weather comes in, outdoor receptions can move inside without needing a tent.
Sherwood is a full-service venue with in-house catering. Outside catering is also allowed from full-service caterers, for a per-head fee and with the Club's approval of the vendor.
Yes. Two complimentary dressing rooms are available for the couple to get ready on-site starting at 9am.
The Club offers free self-parking in a large lot nearby. Valet service can also be booked for clients who'd like to offer it to their guests.
For weddings and similarly involved events, the Club requires you to hire a planner offering at least partial planning services. Your planner works alongside your Sherwood venue representative throughout the planning process.
Outdoor events follow Ventura County noise ordinances and must end by 10pm, but you can move inside to keep celebrating. Indoor events can run until 2am, with bar service until 1:30am.
